Excellent quality and huge range of all sorts of goods. Always find an emergency present, clothes for all occasion, and all bits for my hobby: sewing. Highly recommended.
Lovely store with good selection of goods. 99.9% of staff are polite and helpful. Cafe manager complete opposite which is a shame as the cafe was a regular weekly treat.

Nice to have a local family department store and much has been updated since our last visit. Seems a good range of goods and, when you find them, the staff are friendly and helpful. They might have made a sale if I had been able to buy a dress and try it with the right underwear at home but because in sale they said could not return it. Very different from most fashion shops. To be fair it was from one of the consessions. Restaurant has been updated and very nice but service VERY slow and the two items we ordered they can back and said unavailable!! This was 11 in the morning! Customer focus needed and they could transform the place which might be a good investment in these days of retail collapse!
