You walk in and go to reception and you have to wait for the receptionists to finish having a gossip before you can get anything out of them! (I suffer with anxiety so being stood there waiting makes me feel really on edge) I came in around the end of June and was told I needed to have an X-ray at the hospital so I went and did that the next day bought the disc back and was told it would be 7 weeks! Got to mid-October and thought wheres my letter then so I rang you to which I was told you cant ring the hospital so I will and I will call you back as soon as I know anything 2 weeks later, no phone call back! So I ring again. I ask wheres my referral then? Oh, the referral was only sent this month so Im guessing it was sent when I rang up! I am in absolute agony with my wisdom teeth when I rang I explained I cant eat, I cant sleep and Ive been taking ibruprofen and paracetamol daily since the beginning of September to stop the pain! Seems like your receptionist dont care and the practice is happy to leave someone in a lot of pain! Once Ive had my teeth out I will be taking myself over to another dentist and I will never recommend new Milton my dentist at all!! I feel as if I have been treated very unfairly! If you are going to refer someone you do it when you say you are going to not months down the line!
I honestly can't imagine how people can give this place a good rating. Rude receptionists, dentists very intimidating and rude. If you have a problem with your teeth, they'll just remove them. Problem solved. I see their thinking. These people are a con. Not child friendly, was very rough and mean to my 7 yr old nephew who then needed alot of encouragement to go back to the dentist ( different one) . If you've been unable to get through or your appointment has been cancelled yet again then count yourself lucky. When i phoned up to complain i was told i was being too rude to listen to. It was just a complaint, no screaming or swearing i was just complaining. I said dont worry you dont have to listen to me I'll be writting a letter and review.

Superb staff very friendly and clear in communications. Dentist excellent, made sure treatment was pain free and clearly advised what was going to happen and constantly checked I was ok which was very reassuring. I am just gutted to have wasted so much money on a private dentist over the past 35 years when the good old valuable NHS can supply such a gem of a dentist such as this. Highly recommended, You wont be disappointed.
I have just had two fillings and a crown fitted at this practice over the last three weeks and I cannot praise the dentist and his dental nurse enough.Firstly it was all completely painless and secondly the people were so pleasant and professional. Sure, I had to wait a little while on one occasion, but I don't think anyone can expect to be seen exactly on time where medical appointments are concerned. Really impressed. Thank you.
