Hayley and Arnie have a fantastic set up. My black Lab Isla loves going there. She is part of the family and fully loved and cared for. I cant imagine putting her in kennels. Hayley and Arnie and professional and caring, I have no worries at all when Isla is with them. Thanks to you both for doing such a fabulous job. Hayley & Arnie were amazing when I rang them at very short notice to ask if they could help with collecting my rescue dog after my previously booked pet transport had to cancel our booking due to a long delay in my pets arrival. Hayley was extremely helpful and safely delivered him to me In Portsmouth at 1.20am!The next morning Arnie took us to the ferry port so we could catch our ferry back to Guernsey where I live. I couldn't have asked for better service and will be eternally grateful. Thanks a million guys from me & Bowie
Hayley arranged our cremation of our lovely cocker spaniel 'Bob'. She was kind, sensitive and very caring. We liaised via email and telephone and she did everything and more than we could of wished for. She collected Bob from our vets the next day, took him to the crematorium, arranged an individual cremation and got a lock of his hair that i asked for and his collar. She waited and brought his ashes to our home on the same day in a beautiful casket with his name engraved, and his hair and collar separately wrapped and a lovely sympathy card. What has been a distressing time for us, was just made a lot easier through Hayleys kindness. We cannot thank you enough xxx
Our Springer, Bouncer stayed with Hayley and Arnie for a weekend and had a great time. It was his first time away from home and the What's App photos and video made us feel close by and alleviated any anxiety we had. Will definitely use you guys again next time as we know Bouncer will love it - thank you!
