I took my Tigra in for body work repair. The front of house staff are so courteous and friendly. The whole process from quote to booking the car in and collecting the loan car was faultless.I was given a shiny new Seat Ibiza to use whilst my car was being repaired. It was spotless and I was given a run through before I drove away.Got my car back 4 days later and the work they had done on the bumper was immaculate. My car had also been polished and valeted, not at all what I was expecting. I can't recommend Ross Packard highly enough. The standard of work is incomparable and the service I received was second to none. The car looks better than it did before it was driven into.I have no hesitation in recommending this company, you won't be disappointed with the standard of service and workmanship.

I love this company because you can track the progress of your vehicle including photos of the progress. A bit far for us to use them as our regular mechanics but highly recommend Ross Packard to people in Christchurch & surrounding areas.
