Came here the other day with my mum. Spoke to David who was very informative, and very friendly. He didn't pressure sell, and let my mum choose what was right for her. She went home feeling satisfied with the vist, and most probably will be back to buy.
Had a service and MOT here at a really good price. Staff very helpful and friendly, car was even washed and hoovered before I picked it up

A local dealer that is more than prepared to take on much bigger dealerships to get the business. We visited here to check out finer model details before placing the order with a large national group and got into conversation with the knowledgeable and helpful staff. We felt we had the best possible package already with the combination of p/ex, loyalty discount, new model offer, corporate discount and mats and mudflaps thrown in f.o.c but the Balmer staff sharpened their pencil and got to work !.....We were humbled, the end of the column figure they come up with was better than the national outfits !....We have no hesitation in reccomending this branch if you are in the market for a new car.
Terrible service from Balmer Lawn Suzuki. Bought a nearly new car from here in June and have since had to re attend the garage 15 times for a minor repair. Not once has an apology been offered or has home delivery been offered. It has been in the garage for a total of 10 weeks since Ive bought it. The car is still in the garage as we speak, having been told it was an easy problem to fix it has dragged on for an unacceptable amount of time. The manager has not once contacted me directly. I have been fed many false promises from the start. Very disappointing from a seemingly reputable dealership.
